Acupressure technique step by step

With the tip of your thumb, look for the place where you feel the carotid artery pulsation (below the lower jaw to the left). Hold your finger there for 10 seconds. Then release your finger, breathe deeply, exhale and push again. Repeat this procedure 3 consecutive times.
Next, press three times in the area of the medulla oblongata (place of occiput in the neck), for an interval of 10-15 seconds.
With the three fingers of the right and left hand push synchronously the area located in the lower part of the neck (behind), to the right and left of the spine. Repeat this acupressure exercise 3 times.
For 15 seconds, squeeze and stretch the middle finger in each hand. Do it one by one.
Place your thumb on the midpoint of the inner side of the wrist and press on it for a minute. Repeat on the other doll.
Apply pressure with your thumb at the midpoint of the sole of the foot, 10 cm from the beginning of the heel. Press and hold 1 minute for each foot, alternating from right to left. Perform 3 repetitions in total, for each foot.
